From these visualizations we can see that there is no large shift in the education level in any of these geographic areas over the years. There are two subtle shifts which we can identify. Between 2015 there is a slight shift in Mecklenburg County as there is an increase in the percent of the population with Graduate or professional degrees and Bachelor's Degrees. Secondly, there is a decrease in the percentage of the population with high school degrees and some college exposure. These seem to be the only metrics which shift noticeable and the rest stay steady for all years and regions. Because we did not find very noticeable differences between these larger regions, we look more closely at trends within Mecklenburg County.
